How billing works
No surprises: you're never charged automatically, and cancelling never costs you time you've already paid for.
- Billing & Renewal
- Each billing period, we send a fresh payment link for your plan — you are not auto-charged. Pay it to keep your AI receptionist active without interruption.
- Non-Refundability
- Payments already made for a billing period are non-refundable. Canceling stops future renewals only — it does not refund time already paid for.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime. If you've already paid for the current period, your AI keeps working until that period ends, then it won't renew. Canceling a trial or an already-unpaid subscription ends access immediately.
- What happens if a payment is missed
- If a renewal isn't paid, your AI stops replying to customer messages immediately, and connecting new Facebook Pages/branches or uploading new knowledge is paused, until you pay. Your existing data, settings, and conversation history are kept and restored the moment you pay.
Questions about pricing
What counts as a message?
Only replies the AI sends to customers. Messages customers send, replies you write yourself, and reminders don't count.
What happens when I use up the month's messages?
The AI sends one polite note letting the customer know the team will follow up, then stays quiet on new messages until your next billing period starts. Your inbox keeps working, so you can still reply yourself.
How does the free trial work?

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Moving from Starter to Growth takes effect on your next payment, and connecting extra branches unlocks as soon as it does.
